• Frontalis or horizontal lines are between 20 and 40 units
• 11 lines are 40 units
• Crow’s feet are typically 36 units per side
• Anything in the lower face is the same dose as Botox

Typical areas of treatment:

• Horizontal or vertical forehead lines are caused by contraction of the Frontalis muscle; dose to 8-16 for females and 16-24 for males

• “Crows feet” are caused by the contraction of the orbicularis Oculi and treated with 6-12 units each side for female; 10-16 per side for males.

• “Lip flip:” 12-15 units

  • This is considered an add-on service that will be done in conjunction with other services.

Masseter muscle causes more prominent jaw line that is undesirable in females or can cause significant discomfort from repeated grinding. The dose is 15-50 on each side. In addition, the temporalis muscles are paralyzed to avoid tension headaches.
